70s Inspired Look of the Day

Groovy turtle necklace which you can fill up with anything, so I added pink sequins inside of it..I have no idea where I got this from??



Essence came out with an outer space collection..this one is in the shade called Intergalactic Adventure..the image beside it..i can't remember where I got it from? somewhere in instagram land.

I bought a whole bunch of yarn at the thriftshop..I'm planning on making more Ojos de Dios.

Here's one I made yesterday & I love how it turned out!! I made a tassel at the end of it. Then I put some glittery yarn on my dream catcher and it made it look groovier.

I made a yummy vegetarian stir-fry with noodles for supper today.When winter gets boring, I love to look at plants from the Rainforest at the garden center..

Thrift Haul and Moroccan Food

Went thrifting over the weekend and I found some amazing stuff!!!


I made Tajine-style Moroccan chicken..it's one of my most fav. food to eat! Its made with carrots, celery, lots of spice, tomato paste, lemon peel, dried apricots, honey, and served with couscous..yummy!!

And I discovered a new hippie band..dreamy psychedelic beats..

What I Eat In A Day..Latcha Paratha..

This is delicious flat layered bread eaten in Northern India..the packaging said to fry it on medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes but I think next time I will cook it longer..it doesn't look much like the picture..I served it with chutney..I wanted to buy the sweet mango one but they were out of it, this one I found way too spicy & gingery so I had to put a huge amount of yogurt over it so that it wouldn't be too spicey. But the bread itself has such an amazing taste!!

One of my fav. soups ever!! I eat this regularly..although I'm not a fan of chick peas, they taste amazing in this! and its not overly spicey.

A groovy hippie drink!! its better than lemonade..soo good!! and lentil chips..very healthy & it really tastes like you're eating a pizza filled with sundried tomatoes..mmmmm!!

Two new additions to the kitchen..primroses..it gives the feeling of summer when you are tired of winter and snow..ugh!

green grass nail polish..it comes out way different then the color it shows on bottle..

Yoga magazine I've started to collect..I'm going to be doing a lot of yoga..I feel that I need to connect more with my body, soul, & mind & try to relax more..I'm drinking a lot of hot chocolate to keep warm..its been so far a very very cold harsh winter!
