Kundalini Yoga Meditation


I still heart dreadlocks even though I don't have them anymore..Nibbana..words of wisdom..some of my fav. photos..nature, zen, my fav. song ever is Sweet Lullaby by Deep Forest (I did modern dance to this piece a while back on stage wearing green top and earthy coloured yoga pants with leaves pinned to the legs and using Limon technique..I really miss my modern class a lot!!).
Kundalini Yoga: sit comfortable with a straight back, close eyes looking between the eyebrows is your third eye, inhale deeply through the nose, hold breath and silently repeat the following mantra 3 times:
HEALTHY AM I..HAPPY AM I..HOLY AM I..
As you exhale, repeat mantra out loud 3 times..to end, inhale deeply, relax breath and sit silently for a minute or two, then inhale deeply and stretch up to the sky, fingers interlaced and pull the spine up..then relax..this is amazing when you have too much stress in your life, it really helps you feel better and more motivated..
