Picked up this pretty Aloma Ivy coming home from classes today..it was so hot outside..I love summer weather in May!! Full name of this plant is Hedera Helix and she's from Europe. I will be planting her in a cactus shaped pot, probably tonight if I have time.
And on the way home I was super happy to see one dandelion in a field of green..and some more flowers..
I made mango curry chicken in coconut cream sauce with green beans and thin Italian spaghetti..it was soo good!!! I now prefer to use coconut cream instead of coconut milk..the taste is silky soft and sweeter.
