Picked up this pretty Aloma Ivy coming home from classes today..it was so hot outside..I love summer weather in May!! Full name of this plant is Hedera Helix. I will be planting her in a cactus shaped pot, probably tonight if I have time.
And on the way home I was super happy to see one dandelion in a field of green..and some more flowers..
I made mango curry chicken in coconut cream sauce with green beans and thin Italian spaghetti..it was soo good!!! I now prefer to use coconut cream instead of coconut milk..the taste is silky soft and sweeter.
