oh yoko! - john lennon..

saw last night john & yoko - above us only sky 1971 documentary..i loved it a lot!! there were so many pics & john in studio recording that i haven't seen before..it was mostly on his imagine album which of course he created with the help of yoko..and about her conceptual art - concepts from within her mind..i would've liked to see more on her art though!

nutritional health kick..

in the summer it was way too much ice-cream, and frozen pizzas..so september is health month for me and mom..strawberry banana cheerios cereal as a snack at night, zesty ranch veggie straws are my most fav. chips which are gluten-free, pipcorn twists non-gmo & vegan friendly in cinammon & sugar (these are soo good!! its like biting into a super crunchy funnel cake!), pizzelle anise which i will use to make nutella cakes, 

walnuts - naturalia (i love this brand a lot!!), & of course, pumpkin seeds which are great against insomnia!
