Breakfast = pan-fried asparagus with salt & pepper and scrambled egg..
Lunch = a square of vegan nanaimo..
Dinner = dill perogies with vegan mozzerella cheese and onions..
Late Snackie = homemade raisin banana bread and usually sliced bananas in plain yogurt with honey..also been drinking lots of water with lime to stay dehydrated..
These foods are light, healthy, and full of fibre when it's a heatwave outside..
