What I Eat In A Day..Latcha Paratha..

This is delicious flat layered bread eaten in Northern India..the packaging said to fry it on medium heat for 1 - 2 minutes but I think next time I will cook it longer..it doesn't look much like the picture..I served it with chutney..I wanted to buy the sweet mango one but they were out of it, this one I found way too spicy & gingery so I had to put a huge amount of yogurt over it so that it wouldn't be too spicey. But the bread itself has such an amazing taste!!

One of my fav. soups ever!! I eat this regularly..although I'm not a fan of chick peas, they taste amazing in this! and its not overly spicey.

A groovy hippie drink!! its better than lemonade..soo good!! and lentil chips..very healthy & it really tastes like you're eating a pizza filled with sundried tomatoes..mmmmm!!

Two new additions to the kitchen..primroses..it gives the feeling of summer when you are tired of winter and snow..ugh!
