Thanks to Priyanka and her super easy recipe, I've been enjoying this ice cream so much!!! It takes like Italian gelato!! All you need is 1 carton fresh cream (250 ml), 1 can condensed milk, and cocoa powder..you whisk the cream until firm and add in the condensed milk and stir, then add 3 tbs of cocoa or depending on your taste, if you want it less sweet, add more cocoa powder, then stir, and put ice cream into a square glass container and cover top with saran wrap and place in freezer for several hours and when you take it out, voila! ice cream!! and its delicious!!
