summer in march..

spent the day in nature to recharge my soul instead of going to classes..it was warm summery sunshiney surrounded by goldfish, giant trees, dried porcupine nuts, and tropical plants..

pretending to be the statue of liberty, and sitting on trees..

broccoli burger cafe..

first i boiled the broccoli for 15 min. then squooshed them up with a fork, then put 3 tbs. of breadcrumbs, chopped onions, shredded mozzerella cheese, salt..

then i formed them into burger patties and fried them until you get that crunchiness..it was soo good!! i tried to make them the same as the ones we get at ikea and the taste was pretty close!
