mexican fiesta rice & strawberry shortcake donut cafe..

after a long hike in the woods i made Mexican fiesta rice with salsa, monterey jack cheese, and sour cream..popped it in the oven for a delicious vegetarian friendly dish thanks to a groovy friend of mind for the recipe!! and for dessert, strawberry shortcake donut from timmy's..it tastes like cotton candy..soo good!!!

a red sun..

a few nights ago the sun was very red..this happens when dust particles in our earth's atmosphere bounce blue light off of them (called scattering) but reflect the red light wavelengths, allowing us to see them..this causes the suns light to be red due to the reflection of the light from the sand and dust.
