food inflation has been very very bad lately!! trying to eat healthy can cost a lot or you can find alternatives that are not costly..i have switched from sunflower oil to olive oil (most places sunflower oil is $10.00 now!! this olive oil was $5.95)..also got a package of lady fingers for only $4.00..pop corners healthy chips and elderflower (my fav. drink although it didn't taste as good as the ones from Ikea)..also healthy nuts for snack..these are reasonable price and so good although there was hardly any brazil nuts inside..but the dried mulberries are the best!
