I am so grateful to have groovy times with my mom, eat yummy retro bbq chicken fingers and onion rings, discover a sanctuary of tropical plants, ride on a Harley and pretend i'm in the film Easy Rider, plants, nature..

Outfit of the Day: bohemian one-piece with wide legs + blue ball earrings..

Before and after of my shelves..i noticed that I had too much clutter of just objects and things, so I minimized it by putting books on each 3 shelves and I love how it looks, its much more neater and clean looking..also I can reach my books much easier this way!

Got a bunch of these amazing acorns..gonna figure out what to do with them..

My favourite dinner at the moment is Korean-style meatballs!! Mmmmm..soo good!!

Reflections

Being has taught me a few things; enjoy a sunset as often as possible and always keep a vegan flatbread pizza in the fridge.

Bohemian Festival Haul

My most fav. clothing item I found at the festival..a t-shirt mini dress with a tree on it..soo groovy!!!

Two scrunchies..i love that its made of 100% vegan material..also a giant lizard plushie..I've been wanting a big one for a while now..

An African beaded pouch..a Tibetan bell bracelet..and a pretty pink crystal necklace (the hippie guy running the stall said that I could have the necklace for half price..he was so sweet!!

Two rings..butterfly mood ring, pretty green stone ring was from amazing artist vendors..also at the African stall, i got this amazing giraffe picture decor, the guy told me that it is made out of banana leaves..how cool!!

An amazing boho skirt from India and hippie guru harem pants from the Tibet stall..

Outdoor Rave Festival Fun!!

Had a funky time earlier today..it was hot sunshiney humid but me and mom managed to have fun looking at the groovy vendors around..

Vegan cafe with vegan desserts and make amazing green iced tea with sugary syrup..yum!! Also, the art work is amazing to look at!!

I didn't buy as much stuff this time around..will post my festival haul tomorrow..

Earthy Bohemian Room

Finally finished my room and I love it a lot!! It's got a bohemian/tropical jungle vibe..the side of the wall on the left is sunflower paint colour which I did last year and I couldn't find the right paint again when I did the longer wall so I used Banff Sun which I thought was the closest but not really, so it became more of an ombre effect which is really cool!! I took off a lot of things from the wall and just kept the Indian dish and the new celestial painting I recently did..i tried to minimize colours as much as possible..i wanted more tropical earthy..just for added colours I have this 70s square crocheted throw I thrifted a while ago..i like that my bedroom is less cluttered and more clean looking and smarter organized!

On the right side corner from my bed, I have my bamboo/wicker drawers I've had for a long while.
Close-up of what I keep on top of my drawers..beaded box with a sea turtle plushie, lotus flower tealight holder, a really cool bamboo jewelry holder, very Moroccan from a cute little Indian shop, a Buddha statue that says "Abundance" in Chinese lettering, and my faux cactus plant..and on top of the corner I have my celestial glow-in-the-dark moon/sun, moon dream catcher, and an Indian pillow..My side table is from Ikea..i put it together myself, two new wicker baskets I recently thrifted, the only thing I hate is my round white lamp..the light is way too bright and it just doesn't go with my bohemian theme..I used a kitchen cabinet marble paper to glue over the horrible red that was on my corkboard and I love how it turned out!! it was so easy to do!!

I wanted to really minimize what I put on my new corkboard..just kept it simple with only 3 of my fav. postcards, and some keychains, and earthy buttons..i kept my yin-yang wall décor..

My chair was my mom's and she gave it to me coz it fit my room décor better, I put my new elephant pillow on it..

On left side of desk, I have all my faux monster plants since I cannot get real ones where I live!, and top of my desk near my laptop, I have my real plants, I tried to minimize what I have on my desk and it wasn't easy..


And last thing I reorganized my vanity table..I tried to minimize everything and I like it a lot better..I will do my closet tour another time..
