My Zen Room

I put up my new tapestry and I love how it fully extends across my wall and my new patchwork duvet cover which is nice and light for the summer..Zen bliss!!

Mother Earth

It was thrilling to be out in nature all day over the weekend when it was summer warm and plenty of sunshine and beautiful trees, and pretty flowers everywhere!!




Before the day started out, I made a delicious Australian brekkie consisting of brown mushrooms, avocado,arugula salad on sourdough bread.

I'm so happy that summer is here..its still very humid today, for 3 days exact..wow! Played badminton in the park with friends yesterday, had way too much ice-cream, felt like jumping into a pool, thats how hot it was!

Plant Magic

Picked up this pretty Aloma Ivy coming home from classes today..it was so hot outside..I love summer weather in May!! Full name of this plant is Hedera Helix. I will be planting her in a cactus shaped pot, probably tonight if I have time.

And on the way home I was super happy to see one dandelion in a field of green..and some more flowers..

I made mango curry chicken in coconut cream sauce with green beans and thin Italian spaghetti..it was soo good!!! I now prefer to use coconut cream instead of coconut milk..the taste is silky soft and sweeter.
