DIY Boho Moon Holder

It took me hours to wrap yarn around the plastic moon holder, but I love it a lot!!! I do not like the look of plastic, this makes it a lot more boho and it was very easy to do, you can actually cover any plastic with yarn and all you need is a glue gun to seal it.

Boho/Nordic Christmas Trees

the colour scheme this year is green and gold with boho stuff added here and there.  This is the first time we put up the trees really early in November, we usually waited until end of this month to put them up but because we can't really go anywhere, this cheered us up!!  The other tree is one that we had for years, and we decorated it traditional and Nordic. I think both trees look very pretty! I also made snowflakes out of construction paper..very easy to do when you follow instructions online.

yoga mystic

Enjoyed the last days of summer in November by pretending I was going to an outdoor hippie festival. It makes a lot of difference to me when the sun is out and it's warm outside!! I feel creative and energetic.. I created another painting..this one is called Yoga Mystic.  And I made a friend with a woolly bear.  I haven't seen these all summer and all of a sudden in November, I found one. This one was quite friendly and I placed the woolly somewhere safe.  Now the sun has disappeared and we have hurricane-like winds, its pouring, and its grey and this kind of weather has a huge impact on me.  I get totally lazy and I sleep in late.  So, to combat the ungroovy vibes, we decorated two Christmas trees yesterday and danced to Christmas music and felt a whole lot better!! However, I long for hot climate with groovy palm trees and the sun in my face.

Summer In November

Warm sunshine day out in the forest, lake and park with my friend Lily.  It felt great to be out in nature again!! I wish the whole winter would be summer temperatures! I felt like a woodland fairy.

How To Make Bohemian Furry Pillows

I used an old throw and measured it for the center and then cut it in half..and turned them inside out.
Then I took a large pillow and cut closer around it to shape it better, and used light coloured thread..
I handsewed it since my sewing machine broke down, it wasn't that difficult to actually make them, although this was very time-consuming!! But the end result was boho amazing!!

SheGlam Eyeshadow Palette

This is a great quality eyeshadow palette from Shein!!! I'm actually happy with all the makeup products I got from there.  Their dual eyeliner is amazing!! Love the Dry Rose lip colour a lot!! Very vintage! And the palette was inspired by tattoo artistry with assortment of earth tones and modern retro looks.  Back Row: Next To the Moon, Swalty, 107, If U, Nowhere, Teen Spirit..Mid Row: Snooze, Calling, Joyride, Reborn, 1001 Miles, Gin..First Row (cheek highlighter blushes/tones): Illusion, Drown, Summer Twilight, Sine Dust, Whenever.  My favorites are using If U with Reborn.

The Haunted Basement

Me as Stevie Nicks before we went on a ghost walk in a haunted house's basement..what I captured, I have no idea..the eyes were from a lantern, but what on earth is that foggy thing swooping across?? None of my friends knew what that could be other than a spirit orb?? Wow!!
The haunted basement was so much fun just like in Ghost Hunter's we captured something weird..and it was creepy..lots of shadows and creaking sounds! Spider cupcakes I made a day before.
We played with the ouija board and we got "Hi!" from a spirit with the J.H. initials and we got excited when we realized we might have contacted Jimi Hendrix!!! When we asked if the spirit is a male, we got a "yes".  But then it got really weird when the word "evil" was spelled out! I love my moon lamp which came in the mail a few days ago.
