Mardi Gras themed Christmas tree..purples/greens/golds..new this year is the champagne bottle and mask decorations, and string of coloured beads when they throw this into the crowds during the celebrations..and..

i heart hot air balloons even though this is not mardi gras themed but i had to have it!! and the tree lit up..isn't it beautiful? there is a peacock on the top..

Nordic supper - Faxe Danish beer (i'm not a fan of Calsberg..Faxe is soo good!!), served it with Norwegian food..pork with Jalsberg cheese sauce & dill cabbage & sjokoladekake with nuts & a pfeffernusse on top.
