what i love to eat for breakfast: ciabatta bread with nutella and for dinner: penne pasta with pesto, red bell pepper, spinach, cashews (they are in there somewhere..haha), and oven baked ciabatta with mozzerella cheese & pizza sauce.

made healthy vegetarian dinner with broccolis, brown mushrooms, curry paste & coconut milk..yum! and served it with tropical cake..it had a mango/pineapple taste inside..soo good!!
