Road Trip + Groovy Art

It's been spring-like warming up weather lately, its groovy to see grass again, even tho it's been raining a lot. Outfit of the Day:

It was so foggy yesterday..spent it with me mum..Family Day..road trip..

Going up the mountain side Niagara..reminds me so much of Gatineau!! Well sort of, the Gatineau mountains were the most beautiful forests and winding roads..I really miss that place a lot, we used to look down from the top and look at all the farmlands..

Hello USA!

Stopped off at a convenience store & got incense & sink brush with Brady Bunch-esque daisies on it,
And the best find ever!! a pretty dolphin pot..this was regular $7.00 and sale price was $3.99 and the guy was so sweet..he gave it to me for $2.00!! My plant Dakota needed a new home..I just can't believe I found this!! its ceramic with intricate design..the dolphins are jumping around the rocks or cove something like that..its so pretty!!

Waiting On A Song

Some of my books..the Andy Warhol one i've had like forever..umm..yeah The Doors book has a lot of Jim Morrison's poetry and great photos..the Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin and Grateful Dead are magazines..those are special collector's edition. The Ghost World comic was gifted to me from a friend in England.

My collection of belts..most of them thrifted except the first two on the left which are from Forever21.

Some of my necklaces..the elephant one is my fav...i think i got this at Ardene's..not sure..it was a long while back.

I heart my Boho corner on my desk..my two real cactus..the one in the blue striped pot is Dakota, and the one in my teacup is Little Ceasar..unfortunately during the weekend, Ceasar fell apart..i don't know if anyone ever experienced a cactus falling apart but it made me very sad coz i've had Ceasar for years..i think it could be the extreme cold weather we've had this winter, i don't know? but im replant him and hope for the best.

Beautiful flower i got on the weekend..and a new drink i recently tried..it is good!!

Healthy recipe i tried..oh wow it is delicious!! it is chicken and pepper salad..i used wild salad, its got lemon juice, water chestnuts, soy sauce, red and green bell peppers, bean sprouts, and roasted shredded coconut on top and mint dressing with garlic, brown sugar, and lime juice..yummy!!!

And i took a pic of a beautiful icicle outside..this reminds me of an Alexander Calder art work.

Thrift Finds

Had fun thrifting yesterday after photography class..met up with some friends and we went on a Goodwill adventure..I got a few stuff..this butterfly hair barette with stick..the butterfly is like leather, this was 1.00, then I found a pretty blue square vase for my faux succulent which was from Pier1, the vase was 2.00 and i put rocks inside of it to hold the plant.

I heart dolphins a lot and i was super excited to find these two silver rings for 2.00 each..i especially love the one with the blue stone in it.

Then I came across these groovy harem pants (made in India)..i love the print & vibrant colors a lot!! This was 6.00. I wish we had warm weather so that i could wear these out! Afterwards, i met up with my boyfriend after he finished at work and we shared a yummy savory crepe filled with ham, 3 cheeses, and red bell peppers.

I've been drinking this a lot lately..i've been feeling tired and this tea really helps boost energy levels!What I made for dinner today..Coconut Curry Chicken with carrots, broccoli and red bell pepper..yumm!!
