1. I start off with self-care by making my favorite drink in the morning, vanilla chai tea with a teaspoonful of brown sugar & I will lay on my futon & work on my laptop.
2. Writing in my routine journal, doing a tarot card reading & kundalini yoga, picking 2 of my favorite crystals, lighting up incense & listening to downtempo Indian music.
3. Nourishing your body by eating plant-based foods that is good for your mind & soul.
4. Cleaning your space - using a sage stick to get rid of negative energy.
5. Spending time in nature, playing with my cat, going on long walks & meeting up with friends.
