Hawaiian Mahi Mahi..pan seared in olive oil with garlic, salt & pepper, lemon juice, parsley..mahi mahi means "very strong" in Hawaiian. This was super easy to make & it was super super delicious!!!!! I also served it with crushed pineapple on top..
