i reorganized a few things when i should've been studying! haha..i have such a short attention brain, i much rather do organizing instead.  i wanted a rain forest-y feel to it with plants, mushrooms, elephants etc..makes winter bearable when i see summer in my room..and its the year of the dragon so i have my porcelain dragon on middle shelf (gift from my Amma/Grandmama).

Australian pea soup cafe..

this is one of my most favorite soups..its got barley, green split peas, yellow split peas, green lentils, and red split lentils in it, i added salt n pepper n curry..soo delicious!!!!

hippie shrine tour..

my groovy hippie shrine on top my bamboo dresser..i decided to cover it with my elephant print tapestry..i've got my Buddha holding my precious crystal jewelry, thrifted candlestick that holds my bangles, fish bowl with all my rings, in the center makeup brushes in my Indian container, ceramic flower (i've had for a long while from urban outfitters) holds my bracelets, earrings..my patchouli skin oil, eco nature bag holds all my lipsticks, concealers, powder etc..boho dish holds more bracelets, mostly beaded ones that i have made recently..

my night table..i got this amazing wood felt to put under my lamp (this is from a French boho shop in welland), i've got my new zara fairycore earrings on it, my elephant i've had for years, vintage jewelry box that holds my sterling silver necklaces, perfume, Chinese cat plushie a x-mas gift i heart a lot from mom, siamese cat over my clock..

two things i found was the perfect brown hoodie (shein), & the most amazing elephant print cotton hippie dress, i also found loads of stuff for my b-day..& an early birthday pressie from mom..i love these cactus the most!!

African rattle + magical day ever..

i found an amazing African shaker rattle drum gourd at ebeano supermarket..i've been wanting one of these forever!! the beautiful Nigerian lady showed me on her phone how to play it..she & i think it was her husband? they were sooo sweet!!!!! the place is packed with amazing things not just food items..i also got packages of dread beads..so much fun in there!!!!🦣☀️🐯🦁🪬🧿

before we went to ebeano, we had fun thrifting at st. paul's street!! when we went into roly poly records, a lady came in & she showed me this beautiful sparkly snake bracelet she wore & asked me if i like it, i said yes its really amazing & she took it off her wrist & gave it to me, she wanted me to have it & said its a x-mas gift & she also said happy new year & many more..i was so stunned!! noone ever had done that for me, so i was so overwhelmed with emotions, i thanked her & gave her a big hug..she was the sweetest lady i ever met!!! i will cherish this bracelet forever & remember this magical january 31st day!! she also said that i took her memory back to when she was young wild & free & she just loved me so thank you sweet lady!!!!!
