10 habits to combat the winter blues..

☺️ take walks even if it is arctic tundra cold outside & fresh air will change your mood
πŸ₯› drink lots of water with lime (lime is very good against kidney stones!)
🌞 sunlight or just having the sun filter through your window on your face (sun gives you 
vitamin D which is very important for your hair & skin)
🍲 eat warm soups & stews & healthy vegetarian dishes - my fav. is cooking with curries, coconut milk, & green beans & mushrooms
πŸͺ·doing puzzles is a great way to relax & also great for the mind
read a book before falling asleep, or watch a summer movie
🀸‍♀️do some kundalini yoga, or some form of exercise (I love doing ballet & yoga)
🍡drink matcha tea or lattes - really boosts the energy level
πŸ¦‹spend at least 2 days off of the computer & do something creative instead or 1 hour off of your phone
πŸŽ†singing along to your favorite music creates a happy vibe
