☺️ take walks even if it is arctic tundra cold outside & fresh air will change your mood
π₯ drink lots of water with lime (lime is very good against kidney stones!)
π sunlight or just having the sun filter through your window on your face (sun gives you
vitamin D which is very important for your hair & skin)
π² eat warm soups & stews & healthy vegetarian dishes - my fav. is cooking with curries, coconut milk, & green beans & mushrooms
πͺ·doing puzzles is a great way to relax & also great for the mind
⭐read a book before falling asleep, or watch a summer movie
π€Έ♀️do some kundalini yoga, or some form of exercise (I love doing ballet & yoga)
π΅drink matcha tea or lattes - really boosts the energy level
π¦spend at least 2 days off of the computer & do something creative instead or 1 hour off of your phone
πsinging along to your favorite music creates a happy vibe
