I don't know why old people assume that young people don't know shit about music! I know plenty! I had one old guy with the longest greying beard in a vinyl shop point to the Jimi Hendrix album cover I was holding & say to me "You know Hendrix? Really?? Aren't you too young to know him?" & in the summer I was wearing my Bob Marley t-shirt & this guy said "It's nice to see young people rockin' Marley!"..yeah mon, ask me the name of my cat? Go ahead, I dare ya!! Same with some of my hippie friends who have the same shitty problem. But its like online too, if you like 60s/70s bands, then the old generation think you are old too, which is so unfair coz young people can know loads of stuff about the 60s/70s!! Yeah, mon!! & I even know who Wavy Gravy is!
